# PyramidLoop vs Dramatia

The clearest difference is rating: PyramidLoop at 4.8 against Dramatia's 3.1. PyramidLoop also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 11 days) and ratings volume (94 vs 20). Dramatia's advantage is review sentiment (55% vs 33%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PyramidLoop sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Dramatia sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PyramidLoop holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 94 and 20 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of PyramidLoop's written reviews are positive against 55% of Dramatia's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PyramidLoop ships an update every 4 days, Dramatia every 11 days. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
