# RealTalk vs iGotta

The clearest difference is rating: iGotta at 5.0 against RealTalk's 4.5. iGotta also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 12). RealTalk's advantage is ratings volume (460 vs 6) and update cadence (every 6 days vs fortnightly). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RealTalk sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. iGotta asks for nothing beyond the download.

iGotta holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RealTalk has 460 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.

RealTalk ships an update every 6 days, iGotta fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
