# CheatIt vs PDF Watch Viewer

The clearest difference is review sentiment: CheatIt at 50% against PDF Watch Viewer's 0%. PDF Watch Viewer's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CheatIt sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and PDF Watch Viewer sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PDF Watch Viewer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of CheatIt's written reviews are positive against 0% of PDF Watch Viewer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CheatIt ships an update monthly, PDF Watch Viewer every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
