# Talk vs Ask My Elf

The clearest difference is update cadence: Talk at every 3 days against Ask My Elf's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Talk sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Ask My Elf sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Talk ships an update every 3 days, Ask My Elf every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
