# Equation Loop vs GED Test Prep

The clearest difference is update cadence: GED Test Prep at every 10 days against Equation Loop's monthly. Equation Loop's advantage is iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Equation Loop sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and GED Test Prep sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
