# Retro Walk vs mymap

The clearest difference is update cadence: mymap at every 5 days against Retro Walk's monthly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Retro Walk sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and mymap sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Retro Walk ships an update monthly, mymap every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
