# Tivvity vs Filameter

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tivvity at every 2 days against Filameter's weekly. Tivvity also leads on ratings volume (13 vs 1) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tivvity sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Filameter sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Tivvity against 5.0 for Filameter. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tivvity has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Tivvity ships an update every 2 days, Filameter weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
