# Fokee vs Chali

The clearest difference is ads: Fokee at none against Chali's shown. Fokee also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Chali's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 7 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fokee sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Chali sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fokee ships an update every 7 months, Chali every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
