Your training plan was written before your week happened. PulseCoach reads your body's signals through Apple Health and tells you what kind of training day it is — before you lace up. Every morning, one clear verdict from your heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep and training load: TRAIN — you're ready. Do the session with confidence. ADAPT — the signals are mixed. Here are better options. RECOVER — your body needs the day. Here's how to keep moving. BRING YOUR PLAN WITH YOU Import your Runna, Coopah or TrainingPeaks sessions straight from your calendar, the distance, the target paces, the session structure. PulseCoach knows what today is supposed to be. Then it tells you whether today is the day for it. ADAPT THE SESSION, DON'T SKIP IT On the mornings you're not recovered, you don't get a red light and a shrug. You get real alternatives built around the session you were meant to do, a shorter version, a walk-run, a cross-training swap, each one showing what it preserves from the original. AFTER THE RUN Your route coloured by pace, with the climbs drawn underneath it. Heart rate zones, splits, cadence and form. How today compares to the last run like it. And the coach's read on what the session actually did for you. TELL IT WHERE IT HURTS Log a niggle and PulseCoach works around it, today's session and every one after, until you say it's better. Training guidance, never medical advice. ASK COACH Your on-demand AI running advisor. It has your vitals, your recent runs, your training load and your goal race, so the answers are about you, not generic advice from the internet. Plus weekly AI summaries of how your training is trending, and a vitals dashboard read against your own baselines rather than generic ranges. FREE vs PREMIUM Free users get: Daily readiness scores (TRAIN / ADAPT / RECOVER) Full vitals dashboard with trends and insights Training load monitoring (ACWR) Active recovery and workout adaptation suggestions Premium unlocks: AI-powered pre-run coaching insights Ask Coach - unlimited AI conversations about your training Weekly AI performance summaries with 12-week progress charts Full readiness analysis with personalised AI commentary Start with a 7-day free trial of Premium. After the trial, choose monthly or annual billing. Cancel anytime from your Apple ID settings. PulseCoach requires an Apple Watch or compatible device that writes health data to Apple Health. Endurly helps you build structured training plans for triathlon, swimming, cycling, running, strength training, and yoga — and follow every session live with the built-in workout tracker. Create complete multisport training plans in seconds or customize every session to match your goals. Prepare for triathlon with coordinated swim, bike, and run training, including dedicated brick workouts and a weekly structure built around multiple disciplines. When it is time to train, Endurly guides you through the session step by step. Follow warmups, intervals, main sets, recoveries, and cooldowns with clear targets and live progress. For running and cycling, the tracker uses GPS to record pace, distance, moving time, and interval splits. Connect a Bluetooth heart-rate monitor to see your heart rate live during the workout. Endurly records average and maximum heart rate for the complete session and individual laps. Strength training is tracked too. Complete each set, log the reps you actually performed, and keep sets and total reps with your workout result. A built-in screen lock helps prevent accidental taps while you train. Once you finish, your result is saved automatically to your training history, including GPS data, interval splits, heart rate, and strength stats where available. Distance activities can also be shared to Strava. Each workout can include structured intervals, drills, training zones, intensity guidance, and sport-specific session logic, so you always know what to do next.
