# Time Progress vs KeepIt

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Time Progress at none against KeepIt's 1. Time Progress also leads on ads (none vs shown). KeepIt's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 4 months) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KeepIt sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Time Progress asks for nothing beyond the download.

Time Progress ships an update every 4 months, KeepIt every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on September 21, 2026 and September 20, 2026 respectively.
