# SkillQuest vs Steadily

The clearest difference is ads: SkillQuest at none against Steadily's shown. Steadily's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.2). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SkillQuest sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Steadily sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SkillQuest ships an update every 6 weeks, Steadily every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
