# NailBite Buddy vs Closette

The clearest difference is update cadence: Closette at every 3 days against NailBite Buddy's fortnightly. NailBite Buddy's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NailBite Buddy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Closette sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NailBite Buddy ships an update fortnightly, Closette every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
