# SplitVPN vs Zeyro

The clearest difference is rating: SplitVPN at 4.5 against Zeyro's 2.2. SplitVPN also leads on ratings volume (435 vs 13). Zeyro's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and review sentiment (67% vs 51%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SplitVPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. Zeyro asks for nothing beyond the download.

SplitVPN holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SplitVPN has 435 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of SplitVPN's written reviews are positive against 67% of Zeyro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SplitVPN ships an update fortnightly, Zeyro every 8 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
