# Chronos vs Pometro

The clearest difference is ads: Chronos at none against Pometro's shown. Pometro's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 6 days). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Chronos sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Pometro sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Chronos ships an update every 6 days, Pometro every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
