# CDB Therapy vs Sugar

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sugar at every 4 days against CDB Therapy's fortnightly. CDB Therapy's advantage is device support (4 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CDB Therapy sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per year and Sugar sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CDB Therapy ships an update fortnightly, Sugar every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
