15 Minutes vs Nudge Monster

Where did your day go? 15 Minutes answers with one simple habit: every 15 minutes, a reminder asks what you're doing, and you jot it down in a few words. Reply right from the notification, without even opening the app. At the end of the day, you see exactly how you spent your time, slot by slot. HOW IT WORKS • Your day is split into 15-minute slots, from the hour you wake up to the hour you go to bed • A reminder every 15 minutes, with a choice of sounds • Reply right from the notification to log your activity in seconds • Smart suggestions from your task history: one tap and it's logged • Forgot a few slots? Quick Add fills in a whole day in a minute FOCUS MODE • Work in 15-minute sprints with a full-screen countdown ring • The screen stays awake while you focus • When the sprint ends, log what you did and the next one starts on its own DAILY GOALS • Set your 3 goals for the day each morning • They stay in sight all day long • See how yesterday went before you start SEE WHERE YOUR TIME GOES • Day summary with a time breakdown chart • Smart categories by on-device AI (Apple Intelligence): work, health, learning, social and more • Productivity score with a short insight about your day • Completion rate, total time and unique tasks • Current and longest streaks, best day and records • Activity by hour of day and by weekday YOUR DATA, YOUR WAY • Export your history as CSV, JSON or PDF, by week, month or all time • iCloud sync across iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro • Day Off mode pauses reminders when you rest • 8 color themes: Sunrise, Ocean, Forest, Lavender, Midnight, Coral, Mint and Gold MADE FOR IPHONE, IPAD AND IPHONE DUO • On iPad and the inner display of iPhone Duo, your timer, goals and day sit side by side • Fold iPhone Duo like a laptop: the timer on top, your day below • Clean, simple interface in English, French and Spanish WHY 15 MINUTES 15 minutes is the sweet spot: short enough to catch every change of activity, long enough not to get in your way. Most reminder apps send one notification and give up. This one escalates. Nudge Monster puts a live countdown on your Lock Screen and keeps nagging — through silent mode — until you actually do the thing. COUNTDOWNS, WITHOUT REOPENING THE APP A live countdown can appear on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island on supported iPhones—even if you’ve swiped the app closed. ALARMS THAT CUT THROUGH SILENT MODE With alarm permission enabled, Monster mode uses system alarms that can sound through Silent mode and Focus. BIRTHDAYS YOU ACTUALLY ACT ON Bring birthdays in from your Contacts, with the date and the age. A warning the night before and a gift reminder a fortnight out help you plan ahead. When the reminder pops up, call the person or open a WhatsApp chat directly from it. Turn the nudge into a birthday wish while they are still on your mind. THE HALL OF SHAME Your on-time rate, and every deadline you let slide. Uncomfortable, and that is the point. YOUR REMINDER CONTENT STAYS PRIVATE No account. No tracking. No ads. Your reminders, birthdays and photos are stored on your device, with optional backup to your private iCloud account. Starting a countdown remotely uses a reminder service that processes device delivery tokens, random identifiers, scheduling times and technical delivery records. Your reminder text and contact details are not sent to that service. The words in your countdown are filled in on your phone. FREE, PERMANENTLY Unlimited reminders and birthdays. Standard notifications on all of them. One live countdown, Monster mode on three, export and import, and your on-time stats. NUDGE MONSTER PRO Monster mode on everything. Five countdowns at once. Automatic iCloud backup, the Home Screen widget, repeating reminders, gift reminders, and your full history. Pro is a yearly or monthly auto-renewing subscription; the price in your local currency is shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple ID settings.
