# NudgeBud vs Nōtare

The clearest difference is update cadence: NudgeBud at every 9 days against Nōtare's every 3 months. Nōtare's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NudgeBud sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Nōtare sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NudgeBud ships an update every 9 days, Nōtare every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
