# DERASH vs Callimo

The clearest difference is rating: DERASH at 4.7 against Callimo's 4.3. Callimo's advantage is update cadence (every 8 days vs every 5 weeks) and chart position (#157 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DERASH holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Callimo has 20 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

DERASH ships an update every 5 weeks, Callimo every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
