Fast PDF scans paper into clean PDFs and gives you a complete PDF toolkit that runs entirely on your iPhone or iPad. One purchase, no subscription, no account, no uploads. NEW IN 4.0 • Import PDFs from Files into your library, or keep everything in Files › On My iPhone › Fast PDF with no setup. • Search the text inside every PDF in your library, with the page number and a snippet for each match. • Compress: make a smaller copy with Smallest, Balanced or Sharp quality. Text stays searchable, and Fast PDF tells you when a file is already compact instead of saving a bigger copy. • Document Info: page count, page sizes, orientation, searchable pages, word count, PDF version, encryption, bookmarks, links and form fields, all read from the file itself, with plain-language checks. Edit the title, author, subject and keywords and save a copy. SCAN • Document scanner with automatic edge detection and multi-page capture. • Rapid Capture: one tap, one PDF, camera stays live for the next page. • Real Letter, A4 and Legal page sizes, color modes and quality presets. • On-device OCR makes scans searchable. PDF TOOLS • Organize pages: reorder, rotate, delete. • Split and extract page ranges, merge PDFs. • Document Packets: combine PDFs into one handoff with a linked contents page, dividers, bookmarks and a source map. • Page numbers and Bates numbering, watermarks, APPROVED/PAID stamps. • Sign with your finger or Apple Pencil. • Redact: covered areas are burned in so the text underneath is gone. • Password-protect a copy, export pages as images. Every tool saves a new PDF and keeps your original. Nothing leaves your device unless you share it. iPhone and iPad.
