# The Firstborn vs Mirage Clash

The Firstborn and Mirage Clash both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Mirage Clash's written reviews are positive against 63% of The Firstborn's. The Firstborn's advantage is ratings volume (9 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. The Firstborn sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Mirage Clash sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for The Firstborn against 5.0 for Mirage Clash. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The Firstborn has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 63% of The Firstborn's written reviews are positive against 100% of Mirage Clash's.

The Firstborn ships an update every 2 weeks, Mirage Clash every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
