# Forest Cabin vs Last Extract

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Last Extract at 14K against Forest Cabin's 1.3K. Last Extract also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Forest Cabin's advantage is chart position (#162 vs unranked). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forest Cabin sells 41 one-off in-app purchases and Last Extract sells 17 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Forest Cabin against 4.5 for Last Extract. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Last Extract has 14K ratings behind it against 1.3K, so its average is the more settled of the two.
