# LikeFolk vs AskOut

The clearest difference is ads: LikeFolk at none against AskOut's shown. AskOut's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LikeFolk sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month and AskOut sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
