# LeetCode vs Codey

The clearest difference is update cadence: LeetCode at fortnightly against Codey's every 4 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LeetCode sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $35.00 per month and Codey sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LeetCode ships an update fortnightly, Codey every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
