# Grounded vs EMDR Ease

The clearest difference is device support: EMDR Ease at 3 against Grounded's 1. EMDR Ease also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Grounded sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and EMDR Ease sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
