# HelloHai vs Elixir

The clearest difference is update cadence: HelloHai at weekly against Elixir's every 2 weeks. Elixir's advantage is iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HelloHai sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Elixir sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HelloHai ships an update weekly, Elixir every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
