# Dailivity vs Mello

The clearest difference is ads: Dailivity at none against Mello's shown. Dailivity also leads on ratings volume (11 vs 2). Mello's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dailivity sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Mello sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Dailivity against 4.5 for Mello. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dailivity has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Dailivity ships an update every 3 weeks, Mello every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
