# Habit Tracker vs Forma

The clearest difference is update cadence: Habit Tracker at every 2 weeks against Forma's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Habit Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Forma sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Habit Tracker ships an update every 2 weeks, Forma every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
