# TaskMaker vs VIA

The clearest difference is update cadence: TaskMaker at every 4 days against VIA's every 10 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TaskMaker sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month and VIA sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TaskMaker ships an update every 4 days, VIA every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
