# breakfree vs Konvo

The clearest difference is monetization model: breakfree at free with in-app purchases against Konvo's subscription. Konvo's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. breakfree sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Konvo sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

breakfree ships an update weekly, Konvo every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
