# 2sec vs FilmShot

The clearest difference is ads: FilmShot at none against 2sec's shown. 2sec's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

2sec ships an update weekly, FilmShot every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
