# D vs Msgly

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: D at none against Msgly's 1. Msgly's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Msgly sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. D asks for nothing beyond the download.

D ships an update fortnightly, Msgly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
