# Tornado Tracker by TornadoPath vs Flood Map USA

The clearest difference is ads: Tornado Tracker by TornadoPath at none against Flood Map USA's shown. Tornado Tracker by TornadoPath also leads on ratings volume (1.8K vs 3) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks). Flood Map USA's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tornado Tracker by TornadoPath sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Flood Map USA sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
