# VYDA vs GoDieta

The clearest difference is update cadence: GoDieta at every 4 days against VYDA's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

VYDA ships an update fortnightly, GoDieta every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
