# Saraly vs elsehear

The clearest difference is update cadence: elsehear at every 4 days against Saraly's every 5 months. Saraly's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Saraly sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.99 per month and elsehear sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Saraly ships an update every 5 months, elsehear every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
