# The Biggest Loser vs SolidTracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: SolidTracker at every 3 days against The Biggest Loser's every 11 days. SolidTracker also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

The Biggest Loser ships an update every 11 days, SolidTracker every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
