# FuturePost vs HDIF

The clearest difference is update cadence: HDIF at every 10 days against FuturePost's every 2 months. FuturePost's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FuturePost ships an update every 2 months, HDIF every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
