# Next generation nursing vs NurseGate

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: NurseGate at 13.0 against Next generation nursing's 15.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Next generation nursing sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 3 months and NurseGate sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
