# TV Presets vs Binafy

The clearest difference is update cadence: TV Presets at fortnightly against Binafy's every 3 months. TV Presets also leads on iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TV Presets sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Binafy sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TV Presets ships an update fortnightly, Binafy every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
