# Timed Tasks vs Sharp

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sharp at every 2 days against Timed Tasks's every 2 months. Sharp also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timed Tasks sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Sharp sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Timed Tasks ships an update every 2 months, Sharp every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
