# MiFit AI vs StepCat

The clearest difference is device support: MiFit AI at 3 against StepCat's 1. MiFit AI also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MiFit AI sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and StepCat sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
