Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: CueVPN at 5.0 against YunbaoVPN's 3.5. CueVPN also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). YunbaoVPN's advantage is ratings volume (8 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. YunbaoVPN sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and CueVPN sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
CueVPN holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: YunbaoVPN has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
YunbaoVPN ships an update monthly, CueVPN every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
