# ShotLog vs BiteFit Pro

The clearest difference is ads: BiteFit Pro at none against ShotLog's shown. BiteFit Pro also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5). ShotLog's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (45 vs 2). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ShotLog sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and BiteFit Pro sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BiteFit Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ShotLog has 45 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ShotLog ships an update every 4 days, BiteFit Pro every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
