# Cratify vs Mote

The clearest difference is rating: Mote at 5.0 against Cratify's 4.2. Mote also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks). Cratify's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cratify sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Mote sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mote holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cratify has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Cratify ships an update every 2 weeks, Mote every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
