# 3AK Sprinting vs Techniq AI

The clearest difference is monetization model: Techniq AI at free with in-app purchases against 3AK Sprinting's subscription. Techniq AI also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 70%) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.0). 3AK Sprinting's advantage is ratings volume (2.4K vs 5) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 3AK Sprinting sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Techniq AI sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for 3AK Sprinting against 5.0 for Techniq AI. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 3AK Sprinting has 2.4K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 70% of 3AK Sprinting's written reviews are positive against 100% of Techniq AI's.

3AK Sprinting ships an update every 5 days, Techniq AI fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
