# Sesame vs WishSync

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Sesame at 1.8K against WishSync's 3. WishSync's advantage is update cadence (daily vs weekly) and review sentiment (100% vs 90%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Sesame against 5.0 for WishSync. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sesame has 1.8K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 90% of Sesame's written reviews are positive against 100% of WishSync's.

Sesame ships an update weekly, WishSync daily. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
