# The Furm vs Dynamic Studio

The clearest difference is ratings volume: The Furm at 58 against Dynamic Studio's 2. Dynamic Studio's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for The Furm against 5.0 for Dynamic Studio. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The Furm has 58 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

The Furm ships an update every 5 weeks, Dynamic Studio every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
