# Typerite vs Habits First

The clearest difference is update cadence: Typerite at every 2 days against Habits First's weekly. Typerite also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Typerite sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $24.99 per year and Habits First sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Typerite ships an update every 2 days, Habits First weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
