# SimCaddie vs Watch The Drive

The clearest difference is rating: SimCaddie at 5.0 against Watch The Drive's 2.0. SimCaddie also leads on ratings volume (8 vs 1). Watch The Drive's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 4 days). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SimCaddie sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per month and Watch The Drive sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SimCaddie holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SimCaddie has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SimCaddie ships an update every 4 days, Watch The Drive every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
