# HRV Sync vs LetGo

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: HRV Sync at none against LetGo's 6. LetGo's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and device support (3 vs 1). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LetGo sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. HRV Sync asks for nothing beyond the download.

HRV Sync ships an update every 2 months, LetGo every 10 days. Both last shipped on October 7, 2026.
