About

Cnc Turning Programming App

Features

CNC Turning Programming App is an advanced program-generating application designed for CNC operators, machinists, students, and professionals working with CNC turning machines. This app simplifies CNC programming by allowing you to create accurate turning programs within seconds, simply by entering the required dimensional values. No advanced coding knowledge is required — the app handles everything automatically. CNC programming is the backbone of modern manufacturing, enabling machines to follow precise programmed instructions. CNC lathes, in particular, rotate a workpiece and cut it with multiple tools to produce components with accurate profiles. For many users, writing CNC programs manually can be time-consuming and prone to errors. CNC Turning Programming Pro solves this problem by generating clean, ready-to-run G-code instantly. This application follows industry-standard Fanuc fundamentals, ensuring compatibility with most CNC turning machines. Users can generate programs for operations such as drilling, tapping, OD turning, facing, grooving, threading, and several advanced cycles. The app supports a wide range of essential and frequently used cycles including: Free Version Features – G70 Finishing Cycle – G71 Rough Turning Cycle – G77 Finishing Cycle – Basic Turning (G00/G01) – Radius & Chamfer Generation (G02/G03 & Chamfering) – Simple Drilling (Basic Format) These essential functions allow students and operators to quickly generate programs for basic machining tasks, making this app a useful tool for learning and daily shop-floor work. Want more cycles? Unlock powerful Pro features! Advanced industrial cycles are available in the Pro version, including: – G72 Facing Rough Cycle – G74 Drilling & Pecking Cycle – G75 Grooving Cycle – G76 & G78 Threading Cycles – G79 Facing Cycle – Advanced Drilling & Tapping (G63) – Additional turning and finishing operations By entering values directly from technical drawings, users can generate complete CNC programs without needing to memorize cycle formats or perform complex calculations. This makes the app extremely valuable for both beginners and experienced operators looking to save time and increase accuracy. We are continuously expanding the app to support more machines and program formats Using this app is simple: enter the required values from the drawing and generate the program instantly. There is no need to be highly skilled in coding, and no need to rely on manual calculations. Everything happens automatically, saving valuable time and boosting confidence on the production floor. If you're looking for a clean, efficient, and user-friendly CNC turning program generator that supports real industrial cycles and enhances both learning and productivity, CNC Turning Programming Pro is the perfect solution for your CNC journey. CNC Turning Programming Pro includes powerful industrial Fanuc cycles such as G71 for rough turning, G72 for facing rough cuts, G74 for drilling and peck operations, G75 for grooving, and G76–G78 for precision threading. It also supports G77 and G79 finishing cycles for accurate profile machining. These essential cycles help users generate structured and reliable G-code within seconds, making the app extremely useful for real shop-floor production and CNC training environments. These Fanuc cycles help automate roughing, facing, threading, and grooving operations, allowing users to generate optimized toolpaths quickly. With accurate cycle formatting, the app ensures stable and production-ready CNC programs. By supporting essential cycles like G71 for rough turning, G72 for facing cuts, G74 for drilling, G75 for groove machining, and G76–G78 for threading, the app helps users create highly structured CNC programs with minimal effort. G77 and G79 add precise finishing control, making the generated G-code reliable for both training and real production use.

About

CNC Speeds & Feeds Calculator

Features

Speeds and feeds for CNC milling in one tap: pick a material and HSS or carbide, and the spindle RPM and feed rate appear straight away. Tap drill, bolt circle, taper and turning surface finish sit alongside, so the numbers a machinist reaches for all day are in one shop app that works offline, in inches or millimetres. ā–¶ SPEEDS & FEEDS • 8 workpiece materials: aluminum, brass, mild steel, alloy steel, stainless 304, cast iron, titanium and plastic • HSS or carbide tooling, with the starting cutting speed shown in SFM or m/min • Enter tool diameter, flute count and chip load (feed per tooth) to read spindle RPM and table feed in in/min or mm/min • Leave a field blank and the app fills in a starting value: a 10 mm (0.375 in) tool, 4 flutes and a suggested chip load kept at or below a published carbide end-mill slotting chart, so you see a result the moment you open it. Type your own numbers and they replace the suggestions • End-mill diagram shows the flute count and chip load per tooth for the setup on screen • Save up to 50 named presets and reload a whole setup in one tap ā–¶ TAP DRILL • Metric (20 sizes) and Unified UNC/UNF (33 sizes) threads • Thread engagement from 50% to 85% in 5% steps, 75% as the shop default • Theoretical tap-drill size plus the nearest standard drill ā–¶ BOLT CIRCLE • Hole count, circle diameter, start angle and centre X/Y give the X/Y coordinates of every hole, drawn to scale • Tap a row to copy its coordinates, or copy the whole table for the control ā–¶ TAPER & TURNING • Taper from two diameters and a length, or from an included angle, taper per foot or a 1:N ratio: compound-rest half-angle, included angle, taper per foot and per inch, in decimal degrees and degrees-minutes-seconds • Turning surface finish: theoretical Ra and Rt from feed per rev and nose radius, or the maximum feed for a target Ra ā–¶ REFERENCE • Cutting speed table by material for HSS and carbide • Drill size chart with 243 number, letter, fractional and metric sizes, searchable • Thread pitch and minor diameters, drill point depth and typical surface-finish ranges All values are conservative starting points from published data, not guarantees. Always check against your tooling, machine and setup, start slow and increase.
